Meet The Team

Dr. Jaeger has been practicing in the Madison area for 32 years. He completed his undergraduate work at Notre Dame and received his DDS from the Marquette University School of Dentistry. He has completed a hospital-based general practice residency and regularly exceeds the state minimum requirement for continuing education. He is also a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry and is a past president of the Wisconsin Dental Association.

Dr. Jaeger’s goal as a dentist is to help his patients keep healthy smiles for life! When not at the office, Dr. Jaeger does charity work by providing donated dental and hospital care for severely handicapped adult patients at the Meriter Hospital. He is married to his wife, Karen, who is a kindergarten teacher. They have one son, Sam, who attends the University of Wisconsin – Madison.

Adam has been practicing dental hygiene since 2005. He joined Dr. Fred Jaeger at Hilldale Dental in 2017 upon relocating to Madison from Denver, CO. He was drawn to Hilldale Dental because of the tight-knit group of professionals who collaborate to help patients achieve dental health.

Adam appreciates the level of fun and professionalism on this team and Dr. Jaeger’s confidence and competency as a dentist. His goal as a dental hygienist is not only to provide quality dental health care and oral health education to his clients but also to make them feel welcomed and comfortable. He says, “I always want my clients to feel a sense of well-being at the dental office and offer a warm smile and a caring touch. It is my goal for patients to leave the dental chair with a healthy mouth and a smile on their face.”

Adam lives on the North side of Madison with his family. His wife, Kelly, is a Communication Professor at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater at Rock County. Their two sons, Crosby and Forest, are 2.5 years and 10 months, respectively. Adam enjoys snowboarding, hiking, camping, live music, great food, gardening, biking, and, of course, helping raise his two spectacular boys.

Kim joined Hilldale Dental in 2022 and offers 26 years of experience as a dental hygienist. Her special attention to detail and fun-loving care for her patients have been present in both full-time positions as well as temporary hygiene. She believes that patient care is a team effort between every specialist that cares for that patient.

As a melanoma survivor, Kim is passionate about encouraging patients to learn more about the mouth-body connection, and with her extended education as a certified health coach, she loves to work with patients on behavior modification and options for better oral health. Kim enjoys spending time with her husband, Greg, and their two sons. She loves working out, spending time with friends, listening to crime podcasts, and making homemade tortillas for others that her grandmother taught her to make. When she is not at the office or taking care of her family, she takes time to visit her family in Illinois and care for her parents and grandmother.

Kenzie completed the dental assistant program in May 2015 at Madison Area Technical College and joined Dr. Jaeger and the Hilldale Dental team in May 2020. Kenzie brings a wealth of knowledge, from taking digital impressions to designing and milling CEREC crowns in the office.

Kenzie comes to work every day with her personable personality, cares for her patients, and enjoys conversing with patients to make sure they are comfortable for their appointments. She says the best part about working at Hilldale Dental is that she “feels loved and appreciated by her work family.”

Outside of work, you can find Kenzie with her husband, Garrett, and their two children, Paisley and Charlie. Kenzie enjoys watching horror movies, camping with her family, and biking around Madison.

Taylor completed the dental assistant program in 2020 and joined the Hilldale Dental team as an assistant in March of 2023. Taylor has been such a great addition to our team with her knowledge and professionalism with patients and procedures. She enjoys making personal connections with patients and shows up to work every day with a big smile and, most likely, a Starbucks coffee.

Taylor spent her childhood with her two brothers and two sisters in the Mount Horeb/Barneveld area. Taylor enjoys spending her time on family vacations with her husband, Malcolm, and their daughter, Amaya. Taylor is expecting their second child in November and couldn’t be more excited!
